From Downtown Richmond
Take Interstate 64 west to the Broad Street East Exit (#178 B). Continue straight on Broad St. for approximately 1 mile to Cox Road and turn left. Proceed 1/4 mile and turn right onto Innslake Drive, just after the 7-11 convenience store. Commonwealth Sports Medicine is located in the first building on your left (the Venturi Building).
From the North
Take Interstate 95 to interstate 295 towards Charlotesville. Continue on 295 until ends. This will take you to interstate 64 heading East. Continue on Interstate 64 East to the Broad Street East Exit (#178 B). Continue straight on Broad St. for approximately 1 mile to Cox Road at Innsbrook and turn left. Proceed 1/4 mile and turn right onto Innslake Drive, just after the 7-11 convenience store. Commonwealth Sports Medicine is located in the first building on your left (the Venturi Building).
From the West
Take Interstate 64 East to the Broad Street East Exit (#178 B). Continue straight on Broad St. for approximately 1 mile to Cox Road and turn left. Proceed 1/4 mile and turn right onto Innslake Drive, just after the 7-11 convenience store. Commonwealth Sports Medicine is located in the first building on your left (the Venturi Building).
