Deep Tissue Massage focuses on deeper layers of muscles and fascia to address chronically tense problem areas, neck, shoulder, or low back by using deeper pressure and slower movements to isolate specific muscles and break up adhesions or holding patterns, restoring movement and relieving pain. Techniques include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and Swedish strokes.

Sports Massage prepares an athlete for optimal performance in four stages. Restorative massages are given during training to maximize performance and prevent injury. Rehabilitative massages help facilitate healing of injuries. Short pre-event massages prepare athlete for peak performance during their competition. Post-event massages lengthen fatigued muscles, decrease soreness and recovery time between events. Sports massage encompasses deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cross-fiber friction, as well as, passive/active release, Swedish strokes, joint mobilization and stretching.

Thai Massage is an Eastern bodywork performed on a mat on the floor where the patient remains fully clothed while receiving assisted yoga-like stretches, rhythmic compressions and acupressure along the energy channels of the body. Benefits of thai massage include increasing range of motion and flexibility, relieving tension in neck or stiffness in the low back, strengthening immune system, improving circulation and quality of sleep, and creating a profound state of relaxation.

Swedish massage focuses on calming the nervous system, reducing tension and anxiety, improving circulation, stimulating the lymphatic system and promoting a sense of relaxation and well-being through the five Swedish techniques effleurage (gliding), petrissage (kneading), friction(rubbing), vibration (shaking) and tapotement (tapping/drumming). Swedish massage addresses the body as a whole to reduce stress and improve immune function.

Prenatal massage modifies the Swedish massage for the pregnant body by using side-lying positioning or a body support system where she can lie comfortably and safely on her belly. Prenatal massage can reduce stress, decrease swelling, relieve the discomforts of pregnancy, support the immune system, and encourage a sense of well-being. Massage can be provided during all three trimesters.
